Be first in line for Persto.

Persto is built for iPhone and Apple Watch. An Android build runs on the same tested engine and reached closed testing first. Join for TestFlight invitations and public App Store availability updates.

Four steps, and the slow part is not yours.

Step one

Leave your address

That is the whole job. No form beyond the one above and no Persto account to create. Installation instructions arrive with a testing invitation.

Step two

We build

The engine is already tested on Android. The work now is bringing it to iPhone and Apple Watch properly, not quickly.

Step three

You get an invite

When a build is ready for another testing batch, invitations go to this list from a human.

Step four

Tell us what broke

Use the feedback form, or reply to the same address. Nothing is collected automatically, so if you do not tell us, we do not know.

Where things stand.

  • iPhone and Apple Watch are the current focus. That is where development effort is going right now.
  • The Apple Watch app does real work: start and run a session from the wrist, see live heart rate, follow set-by-set guidance, and keep a complication that shows today's state.
  • The engine is not a prototype. An Android build shares the same engine and reached closed testing first, so the core has already been run by people other than the developer.
  • Testing happens in batches. This list is how you receive invitation and availability updates.

What you are signing up for.

This is a real test, not a launch party.

Things will break

Beta builds can have rough edges. Please report crashes, stale workouts, missing metrics and confusing screens so they can be fixed.

Your data is still yours

Testing changes nothing about the privacy model. Your health data stays in encrypted storage on your phone, and no analytics or crash reporting SDK is watching you. See the privacy policy.

Export before you leave

If you decide to bail, take your data with you. The app can write an encrypted backup file you control with your own passphrase.

Persto is a fitness and accountability tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. If you have a condition that affects how you should train or eat, talk to your doctor before using an app that tells you to move.

Ready?

One address, and you are in the queue for the first batch of invites.
